This website is a labor of love. We at the Way of 10 put our time and energy into this site because we love writers and want to support their output. We also want to spread the word about this new, very accessible short form of poetry—the 10. We believe it has the potential to serve as a super tool in classrooms for learners of all ages. We’ve also seen it used effectively as a transformational tool in the work place, especially when used during retreats or workshops. Writing Tens can also be a personally empowering experience, as people discover a delightful new way to express themselves. Those who delve deeper report that writing 10s can also be a spiritual practice that often leads to a richer relationship with the earth herself.
